- Gen X (1965-1979) were 24% of recent home buyers
- 16% of Gen X buyers bought a multi-generational home
- Younger Boomers (1955-1964) were 18% of recent home buyers
- Older Boomers (1946-1954) were 14% of recent home buyers
- 19% of the Older Boomers bought due to retirement
- Silent Generation (1925-1945) were 7% of recent home
buyers
