  • Younger Millennials (1990-1998) were 11% of recent home buyers
  • Older Millennials (1980-1989) were 26% of recent home buyers
  • Gen X (1965-1979) were 24% of recent home buyers
  • 16% of Gen X buyers bought a multi-generational home
  • Younger Boomers (1955-1964) were 18% of recent home buyers
  • Older Boomers (1946-1954) were 14% of recent home buyers
  • 19% of the Older Boomers bought due to retirement
  • Silent Generation (1925-1945) were 7% of recent home buyers
